She wanted to let us know that she was extremely grateful for the help we provided. She’d taken steps and the payments had started up. The extra money has helped her catch up on back payments due on her electric bill.
She said that though we may think that we “only provided information,” what we actually did was empower her, help her keep her lights on and make it possible for her to continue caring for her family. And for that, she is extremely thankful.
